To start over from the very beginning, you can initialize your progress simply by deleting/reinstalling the app.

Please think carefully before proceeding with the game initialization.

 

You can find option Delete Personal Data in Settings:

  1. Tap to Delete Personal Data in Settings
  2. Please Tick in two check-box, that means you agree before deleting yours data/ account.
  3. Enter "CONFIRM", then press OK
  4. The game will close, and when you open the game again, the game will be like new. 

 

 

If it doesn't work, please try to clear your cached data by referring to the following steps:

Apple

  • Go to your iCloud
  • Tap the Manage Storage
  • Select the app -> Tap to Delete Data...

 

Android

  • Go to in-device Settings -> Apps -> scroll to All apps -> scroll down to the “Google Play Store” app.
  • App details -> “Clear data”  button.
