If you have changed your device, please double check whether you have logged-in to the same account or not.

You may be able to restore some non-consumable purchase, such as a subscription or remove ads feature, please follow this step:

  • Open the app
  • Find an option Restore in the Setting popup.

 

Unfortunately, items like coins, boosters are not recovered after recouping the account.

NOTE: Google Play Store and Apple App Store are not compatible, so you must purchase it again.
